When you contact us through WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, your parents’ area, the service you need, preferred dates and any notes. The booking form on this website does not store anything itself; it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled.
How we use it
- To call you back, plan and carry out visits, and send you visit updates.
- To keep a record of each visit (date, time, tasks done, photos, approved spending) that you can request at any time.
- To issue invoices and receipts.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not share your parents’ medical details with third parties except the doctors, hospitals or labs involved in a visit you have requested.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Photos and updates
Photos taken during visits are shared only with the family member who booked the service, over WhatsApp. They are not used for marketing without your written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your parents. Write to hello@familybandhan.com.
