Terms of Service

Family Bandhan provides companionship, local assistance and coordination services for families supporting parents in Kota.

Service scope

Services may include visits, appointment and hospital accompaniment, reports and medicine collection, paperwork assistance, errands, outings, travel assistance and emergency coordination, subject to availability and the agreed plan.

Medical and emergency limits

Family Bandhan is not a hospital, ambulance, nursing provider, or emergency medical service. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, injections, or guaranteed 24×7 emergency response. In an emergency, families should contact the appropriate emergency or medical provider first; we can coordinate or provide support when available.

Payments

Memberships and one-off services are charged according to the plan or price agreed with the family. One-off tasks are ₹1,999 per visit unless a different written quote is agreed in advance.

Parents' consent

Services are provided only with the knowledge and reasonable consent of the parent or family member involved. Parents can ask to stop or change a service person.

Changes

Service scope, availability and pricing may change. The applicable terms are the ones communicated and accepted for your booking or membership.
